Every October we deliver interactive and engaging workshops that celebrate African and Caribbean culture through art, music, and creative movement.

Cultural dance and creative movement
Our two-part dance and movement sessions involve a fun and cultural dance session with African, Caribbean, Middle Eastern movements.
This is followed by a relaxing and slow-paced session using varied choreographic techniques.

Using music, singing and storytelling, our workshops will help participants to explore different cultures, identity, and memory using:
